Drill a 3/8" hole in the first wall of vinyl, drive the screw through the second wall of vinyl and into the stud. Then insert the plug into the 3/8" hole to hide the installation screws. Watch a short video demonstration on my youtube channel here -> https://youtu.be/M1cLxuxw0Sg
